Thermal processes

• Pyrolysis furnaces
  For removing paints and layers of organic dirt by heat with temperatures reaching up to 450°C. Also available in versions that do not require operating licences.
  
  
  
  

• Fluidized-bed systems
  These allow thermal cleaning to be completed within approximately 60 minutes. The work pieces are placed in beds of hot sand. The pyrolysis gases that are then produced are used to heat the retort.
  
  
  

• Separation-melting systems
  Tools are heated in closed oil baths to the melting temperatures of the coatings to be removed. The adhering contamination peels away from the work piece and may be disposed of once it has cooled.
