WIWOX® SPEED-DUNK ultrasonic cleaning systems are the high-performance solution for the professional cleaning of high-quality molds and precision tools. They replace time-consuming, labor-intensive, and often inadequate manual cleaning processes – for measurably better results and significantly lower operating costs.
Thanks to state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology, the systems remove even persistent residues thoroughly and gently. The process is suitable for all metal molds, especially tools for:

The typical WIWOX® SPEED-DUNK system consists of three perfectly coordinated process stages:
- Cleaning – efficient removal of contaminants
- Rinsing – residue-free cleaning
- Passivation – lasting protection of the tools
The usable dimensions are optimally adapted to common mold sizes.
The workpieces are positioned securely and ergonomically in the basin, either in the washing basket, with a crossbeam, or with other optional aids – for maximum flexibility and ease of handling.
Ergonomic, safe, and user-friendly
For manual rinsing, drying, and post-treatment, we recommend our WIWOX® blow-off and rinsing station. It features:
- a completely enclosed, illuminated, and ventilated workspace
- simple and safe operation
